Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy

(As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-commerce Rules, 2020)

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  1. Products are eligible for return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery;

  2. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact;

  3. Products such as innerwear, swimwear, accessories, sale/discounted items, and customised products shall not be eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization concerns.

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

  1. The Customer shall initiate a return request by writing to info.houseofika@gmail.com within the stipulated period of 7 (Seven Days) from the date of delivery;

  2. Upon approval, the Customer shall ship the product to the designated warehouse address or arrange for pickup (wherever applicable).

Return Policy

REFUNDS

  1. Refunds shall be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product;

  2. Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days;

  3. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds shall be made via bank transfer after verification;

  4. Shipping charges and COD charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the product delivered was defective or damaged.

 

EXCHANGES

  1. Exchanges shall be subject to product availability;

  2. If the replacement product is not available, a refund or store credit shall be issued in lieu thereof at the sole discretion of the brand (House of Fika).
