Shipping Policy

This Shipping and Payments Policy (“Policy”) is issued pursuant to the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, read with the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India relating to online payments.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

  1. Orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days of confirmation;

  2. Delivery timelines range between 5–10 working days, subject to the delivery location and availability of logistics;

  3. Tracking details shall be provided to the Customer upon dispatch of the order.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

  1. Free shipping shall apply on all orders above __________.

  2. A flat shipping fee of _____________ shall apply on all orders below the aforesaid threshold.

 

PAYMENTS

  1. Payments may be made through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other RBI-approved digital modes;

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) shall be available at select locations subject to an additional handling fee;

  3. All payments shall be collected in Indian Rupees (INR).

 

CANCELLATIONS

  1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by sending a cancellation request to info.houseofika@gmail.com.

  2. Orders that have already been shipped shall not be eligible for cancellation.

 

NON-DELIVERY OR DELAY

  1. In the event of non-delivery attributable to logistics or force majeure events, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund;

  2. House of Fika shall not be liable for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, lock-downs, or restrictions imposed by government authorities.
