    • Orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days of confirmation;
    • Delivery timelines range between 5–10 working days, subject to the delivery location and availability of logistics;

    • SHIPPING CHARGES

    • PAYMENTS

    • CANCELLATIONS

    • Orders that have already been shipped shall not be eligible for cancellation.

     

    • NON-DELIVERY OR DELAY
    • In the event of non-delivery attributable to logistics or force majeure events, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund;
    • House of Fika shall not be liable for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or restrictions imposed by government authorities.
